The Courier of Montgomery County reports that there’s a new built-to-rent development coming to Conroe. Landmark Properties from Georgia has begun construction of the development’s combination of townhomes and single-family homes.
The 23 acres at 7711 Longmire Road purchased by Landmark for the endeavor is being done in a joint venture with Open House Group Company Limited.
According to Landmark’s information, all of the home living space totals out to 287,364 square feet. The development will include 134 three-bedroom built-to-rent ranch homes and town homes, including 56 structures offering two bedrooms—in 136 one and two-story buildings.
There’s a 2,817-square-foot club house and a resort style swimming pool to be built.
