In Huntsville Police news, over the past few days:
Last Friday, in the 1200 block of Josey Street, a firearm was stolen from a vehicle. In the 500 block of FM 2821, Kaley Yates and Ke’Andria Woodberry were arrested for drugs.
On Saturday, a vehicle was burglarized in the 1500 block of 11th Street. In the 1600 block of Avenue O, it was reported that a known person threatened to publish intimate visual materials. In the 1500 block of 11th Street, Jason Carrico was arrested for failing to identify as a fugitive from justice and on a Walker County warrant. In the 3000 block of Highway 30 West, Edward Guerra was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, unlawful carrying of a weapon and municipal court warrants..
On Sunday, a theft was reported in the 100 block of I-45.
On Monday, a vehicle was burglarized in the 3000 block of Winding Way—a handgun was among the property taken. In the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue, an unknown person defrauded their victim of money. In the 300 block of Rigsby, a known person assaulted their victim by offensive touch. In the 200 block of I-45 North, a known person took a vehicle by passing an invalid check for payment.
