Conroe’s economy continues to grow with construction and renovation of local businesses. Community Impact recently passed along that the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has received registrations from these upcoming projects during the past couple of weeks which include:
–Southern Star Brewery at 3521 N. Frazier Street in Conroe. They will be undergoing renovation and alteration from January 1st to April 1st at an estimated cost of $900,000. They are renovating an office area into a bar and covered porch seating area.
–Miracle City Transition Houses at 374 and 378 Foster Drive in Conroe will be constructing housing for homeless men and women now through November 16th, 2024 at a cost of $300,000.
–Pine Crossing—West Loop Commercial Park at 3513 North Loop 336 West in Conroe will be constructing two office/warehouse buildings of 5,000 square feet each from now through June 1, 2024 at an estimated cost of $800,000.
–Pediatrix at 215 South Loop 336 West, Suite 600, in Conroe will be doing a build-out of a medical office from January 3rd through June 3rd at an estimated cost of $1.11 million.
–Wink & Polish Lounge at 10463 Highway 242, Suite 260 in Conroe will be doing a nail salon buildout from now through November 21st, 2024 at an estimated cost of $150,000.
