In regard to that bank robbery in Huntsville a few weeks ago, where 39-year-old David Ray Rodriquez was later arrested for robbery following the issue of an HPD warrant, to update you, we recently talked with Huntsville PD Assistant Chief Jim Barnes who commented on the incident.
The perpetrator, David Ray Rodriguez, was also charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, taking a weapon from a peace officer and resisting arrest.
