On Monday, EMS Director Rachel Parker addressed Walker County Commissioners regarding the purchase of a 2024 Ford F-150 Super Crew from Chastang Ford in the amount of $45,913 dollars, as well as allowing the remaining budgeted funds of $24,087 to be utilized for additional upfitting for EMS and Logistics Use.
Regarding the purchase of a vehicle for the use of Logistics Chief Mark Scott, Ms. Parker told commissioners:
Federal funds will be used to pay for it. Commissioners approved.
