At the Huntsville City Council’s last regular session, one of the items councilmembers considered was the purchase of Fiscal Year 2024 vehicles from multiple vendors. Four of the vehicles were police pursuit vehicles listed at $48,300, just for each vehicle.
Mayor Brauninger, in checking with Public Works Director Brent Sherrod during the meeting, wanted to point out that the listed price for just the vehicle wasn’t the whole price to buy an equipped vehicle.
