At this week’s regular council session, Mayor Brauninger recognized the issue of domestic violence. It occurs throughout the world and here, of course.
The mayor said, in a proclamation, “Domestic violence happens to one in four women and one in nine men.”
He also passed along:
SAAFE House Executive Director Tracy Stoudt and other SAAFE House officials stood by as the mayor read the proclamation.
