The Courier of Montgomery County reports that a 3,000 acre Montgomery community will be the site of new townhomes.
In late fall, the Texas-based builders Highland Homes will be offering 86 townhomes in the Woodforest master-planned community located off the Fish Creek Thoroughfare.
The starting price for the homes will be $400,000.
Woodforest is located six miles south of Lake Conroe and about five miles north of the Woodlands.
There are about 12,000 residents in Woodforest. Home prices in the community go from $300,000 to $1 million. This also includes in Woodforest, a 55-plus active-adult home community in Bonterra.
According to Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Community, Virgil Yoakum, there will be “three-, four- and five-home configurations.”
The Patios Collection and the Villas Collection will be in the Kingley Square neighborhood in the community.
Each with two-story designs, the Patios offer four floor plans from 1,795 to 1,849 square feet, including two car garages and patio space. Four floor plans are available as well for the Villas Collection, with plans ranging from 1,761 to 2,297 square feet.
