KBTX Channel 3 reports that yesterday afternoon Huntsville PD investigated the possibility of shots being heard near Huntsville Elementary School.
Police report the shots were heard near Essex Boulevard south of the elementary school.
Law enforcement responded “to investigate but said there was no indication that the shots came from the school campuses.”
Additional resources from the police were dispatched “to those schools and the surrounding area.”
No injuries were reported.
