Community Impact reports that over 850 homes were announced as coming to Conroe by way of the Signorelli Company with their April 26th ground breaking ceremony. Cielo, to be located off Airport Road, will be a 256 acre single-family community. The first homesites are slated to be available in late 2023.
Cielo homesites will be 40, 45 and 50 feet wide. There will be 45 acres of preserved green space, community amenities and lakes.
A new Conroe ISD school, Bartlett Elementary, is scheduled to be opened in the Cielo community in the fall of 2024.
Prices and homebuilders are yet to be announced.
