At this week’s regular session of Walker County Commissioners’ Court, commissioners voted to nominate the County’s EMS Director, Rachel Parker, as the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council Board member as EMS Representative for Walker County to replace Dean Casburn upon his resignation from the Board of Directors.
