Community Impact reports that family complexes, several businesses and a park are being planned to open soon at Pine Market. It’s a 40-acre town center for the Woodforest community in Montgomery at 791 Fish Creek Thoroughfare.
Senior Vice President and General Manager of Woodforest, Virgil Yoakum, sees it as ”a small town Main Street where people from across the area could gather, dine and shop.” More will be known in the months ahead.
At 900 New Day Avenue, an arts and crafts supply store called Echoed Arts and Design Studio is scheduled for a summer opening.
It’s expected that this summer that Twisted Oak Bar and Kitchen will open. It’s an upscale restaurant featuring lunch, brunch and dinner.
It’s anticipated that Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will open this spring on Pine Market Avenue offering over 40 Italian ice flavors.
This fall Tosca Italian Gourmet is slated to open. It’s a locally owned bakery featuring Tuscan products which include breads, pastries, pizzas, salads, sandwiches and cakes.
The Vic at Woodforest, expected to open in the spring, across from Pine Market, has 300 apartments with a bar at the swimming pool, a dog park, fitness center and pickle ball court.
The Lofts at Pine Market offers 51 units with retail on the first floor for residents 55 and over.
Bespoke City Lounge, a cigar shop and member cigar lounge on New Day Avenue, has an opening planned for this summer.
The Park at Pine Market is scheduled to open this summer.
