As Montgomery County continues to grow, Community Impact reports that Grand Central Park is opening a new section of their master-planned community called South Village. South Village will be offering 224 homes.
One-hundred-eighteen homesites are under development in Phase 1 of South Village. By late 2023, home sales in Phase 2 are expected to be initiated. In 2024, sales for Phase 3 is expected to get underway.
Homes on 50, 60 and 65-foot wide tracts are being offered by builders Westin Homes, Brightland Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and David Weekley Homes in Phase 1. Prices begin in the $300,000’s.
Deer Lake Park will be included in the new village with a picnic area, fishing pier and pavilion with more expansive homesites along Deer Lake to be released. Area residents will also be able to stroll to Grand Central Park’s Lake House amenity complex and Grand Lake.
