The City of Conroe’s Utility Billing Manager Karl Brosch addressed the Conroe City Council at their February 22 workshop on the WaterSmart customer service portal and software.
Brosch said the software is available to residential and commercial customers. Customers sign-up for the program by calling 936-522-3170.
