Last Saturday, a case of criminal mischief was reported in the 1300 block of 19 ½ Street where a known person damaged property. At the same address, a known person violated a protective order and a  person suffered minor injuries during an assault. In the 900 block of Thomason Street, Jose Ramirez was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

On Sunday, a known suspect assaulted a person in the 100 block of Essex.

On Monday in the 1200 block of Cresthill, Gary Sutton was arrested on a theft warrant issued out of Huntsville PD.  On 11th Street and MLK, Don Archie was arrested for public intoxication with 3 or more convictions.

On Wednesday, three cases of criminal mischief to a vehicle were reported–one in the 500 block University Drive, another in the 1600 block of Sycamore Avenue and the third in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue. Two residential burglaries were investigated—one in the 1300 block of Sycamore Avenue and the other in 1300 block of 19 ½ Street. In the 700 block Of Highway 190, Vera Rosa was arrested on two counts of endangering a child and assault on a public servant. At the same address, Isaac Peralez was arrested for two counts of endangering a child and resisting arrest. In the 1500 block of Avenue N, Kelton Archie was arrested for evading, violating a protective order and warrants.
