CONGRESSMAN BRADY MET WITH CONSTITUENTS TUESDAY THROUGH A CHAMBER ZOOM PRESENTATION

Our 8th District Congressman Kevin Brady talked with local citizens over Zoom on the internet Tuesday afternoon, well-hosted by Huntsville Chamber CEO Ray Hernandez.

Congressman Brady covered a number of issues of concern to area residents like the COVID situation in the state as compared to the rest of the country, the great need for social distancing and the important need to follow rules to stop the spread of the virus. In regard to the Coronavirus issue, he proposed, “Less politics—more science.”

He also took questions from those checked into Zoom like City Manager Aron Kulhavy, who asked about the restriction on using CARES funding to help local businesses to which the congressman promised further help on the issue.

Mr. Brady took time to update the history of the Paycheck Protection Program . . . .
