The Huntsville City Council meets for a regular session tonight at six at City Hall.
Before the regular session begins, a work session will be held on the annual pre-budget report at 5 PM in the large conference room.
During the regular session this evening, TxDOT will have an update on I-45 and area construction projects.
There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed adoption of Ordinance 2018-27 to change the Development District Classification of a portion of Block 7 of the G-A White Subdivision from Neighborhood Conservation to Management.
Tonight’s “Consent Agenda” includes the adoption of a resolution calling for the November 6th General election of four At-Large Councilmembers.
Tonight’s “Statutory Agenda” includes several “First Readings”: an ordinance to change the Development District Classification of a portion of Block of 7 of the G-A White Subdivision; entering into a contract for the construction of the 2016 Bond Proposition #3—Elkins Lake Dam Lift Station Relocation Project; entering into a contract for the construction of a sanitary sewer line replacemen—I-45 to the Water’s Edge Lift Station and entering into a contract for street rehabilitation projects.
Tonight, Councilmember Rodriguez will discuss possible action on water diversion on private property.
