Computers play a big part in learning in today’s American schools.
At the last Huntsville ISD Trustee meeting Thursday, Director or Technology Nadine Pharries submitted a report of Chromebook computer purchases . . . .
The final total Ms. Pharries passed along for 329 total was $84,358.89.
Ms. Pharrries said, “We have a total of about 5,400 Chromebooks total, but out of it we’re just going to get with the Title 1 with the elementaries right now, and cover these.” For high school students they have 1,600, one per student. She said Mance Park and the High School are 1 to 1.
The purchase was approved.
