Walker County Commissioners will meet for a regular session this morning at nine at the Courthouse.
District Attorney David Weeks will discuss possible action on a contract for investigative services of an independent contractor to be paid out of the District Attorney’s Forfeiture Fund.
Commissioners will discuss taking action on the 2017 Healthy County Employer Rewards Report.
Purchasing Agent Mike Williford will discuss possible action on increasing a purchase order to Servpro of Lake Conroe from $108,000 to $126,000 to allow for additional flooring damage at Adult Probation caused by the Harvey storm. The County has received an insurance reimbursement for this increase.
County Auditor Patricia Allen will discuss taking action on a Request for Proposal to Mazik Global Base Services for migration of their current financial software to the cloud version for the Finance and Operations Enterprise for an estimated $98,000 to be paid from currently available budgeted project and operating funds, award programming services on an as needed basis at a rate of $117 an hour, and authorize an $80,000 transfer from Project Contingency for anticipated additional costs to complete the project including the County Treasurer Cashiering Software, Document Management Software Integration and additional services.
And, Commissioner Daugette will talk about possible action on drainage and bridge design proposals from Bleyl and Associates.
