Looking over police news since the weekend, last Saturday on the day shift police investigated a theft in the 2700 block of Montgomery Road. On Howard Circle, Deirick Dontae O’Bryant was arrested for criminal trespass of a habitation, resisting arrest, search and transport.
On the day shift Sunday a known suspect was arrested in the 1400 block of Avenue C for assaulting his ex-wife.
On the night shift Sunday, a known suspect stole medication on Howard Circle. In the 100 block of U-S 190, a possibly known suspect evaded on foot and in possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
On the day shift Monday, a two-vehicle accident with no injuries involving a city vehicle occurred in the 2400 block of Montgomery Road.
On the night shift Monday, an unknown suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money in a robbery in the 1000 block of I-45 South. In the 100 block of Brunch, a known felon admitted to possessing a firearm while reporting a burglary in which the weapon was stolen.
On the day shift Tuesday, a known suspect was reported to have stolen money in the first block of Highway 75 North. In the 2700 block of Aberdeen Drive, Arthur L. Thomas was arrested for possession of a drug fabrication device.
On the night shift Tuesday, an unknown person stole property in the 1200 block of 20th Street. In the 7000 block of State Highway 75, a known person lit his vehicle on fire. In the 1500 block of 11th Street, an unknown person assaulted victims.
