PARTIAL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN NEGOTIATIONS STALL AT WHITE HOUSE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

After visiting with Republican senate leaders Wednesday and confirming their support for a barrier at the border as part of a pending budget which right now leaves a partial shutdown of the government, President Trump met with Senator Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the White House.
