Huntsville’s Board of Trustees has announced William “Bill” Roberts has been selected to lead Huntsville High School as its next principal. Trustees voted unanimously to approve the recommendation of Supt Dr. Scott Sheppard.
The new HHS principal comes to the district from Katy ISD where he was a campus administration for the past 13 years. Roberts fills the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Justin Grimes, who resigned to accept a position in the College Station ISD.
Dr. Sheppard said, “Bill has the perfect mix of small town high school principal experience, along with many years as a junior high and high school administrator in one of the premier school districts in Texas. His past shows he can use his experience and skills to improve campus climate, instruction, and overall success.”
